Yes: Either your GP/primary care doc or a dermatologist if established. Any mole with a sudden change in size and/or color should be examined timely in order to have proper diagnosis and treatment.

See below: If the mole doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor. Wish you good health!
