Not necessarily: The blood flow through the placenta determines whether such an issue would be present. Since the placenta placed out of the way near the top of the uterus with a head down baby it is able to function as designed. If it were pinched off or a fetal monitor showed baby distress it might suggest poor blood flow, but this would be the exception rather than the rule.
