There is no medication that cures covid-19 infection. There are several medications that can help to lessen the duration and severity. (Remdesivir, monoclonal antibodies). They all require a visit to the hospital and Intravenous infusion and are therefore not available for at home use. Treat symptoms with over the counter cold and flu medications, Acetaminophen, ibuprofen and drink lots of fluids.
