Supportive care: If you are not hospitalized, rest, drink fluids and take Tylenol for fever. Avoid Motrin and related products Monitor your breathing and if you are in distress, please go to the Emergency room. Have a flu vaccine and self isolate for at least 14 days or without fever for three days, whichever is longer.
