No specific meds: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.

Agree with Dr. F: Use paracetamol for pain and fever, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Drink enough water and fruit juice so your urine is mostly colorless. You may take multivitamins and vitamin D3. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to hospital immediately. Wish you good health!
