Umbilical henia: You could have a hernia which can pop out then go back in if you press it. Please go to your doc for full exam. If you do have hernia evantually you will need surgery as hernia always get bigger but never get smaller.

Hernia: You may have a hernia with possible bowel incarceration or strangulation. This constitutes a medical emergency and you really should be reading this from your stretcher in the er.
