Abd pain/late period: Check urine HCG . Could be lots of things related and unrelated to pregnancy. Usually early pregnancy does not cause abdominal pain, the constipation could be pregnancy effect due to hormones. Consider, pregnancy ectopic, hernia, constipation, gastritis with or without H pylori,gallbladder . check TSH, H pylori (breathe test),HCG, and ultrasound for gallbladder, hernia and ectopic. F/U w/doc

Possibly pregnant: With a period 7 days late pregnancy is a possibility. Do a pregnancy test on first voided urine on awakening in the AM. If negative repeat in 7 days. At the onset of pregnancy there is nothing specific regard symptoms that would differentiate an ectopic pregnancy from a normal intrauterine pregnancy.
