Urgent care: Your wound is infected and it has to be cleaned and dressed. You will also need a course of antibiotics. Please see an urgent care center. Keep the wound clean and dry using an antiseptic liquid soap, use a topical antibiotic ointment three times daily, until seen.

Infection: Sounds like the wound has developed infection. Recommend that you have it looked at by your provider as it may worsen and spread to your foot or leg. You may need the pus pocket drained, you may need to placed on antibiotics.
