A few days ago the skin on my finger was sensitive and swelled into a bump. later on the swelling went away and some unraised pockets of pus formed under the skin there which turned red/brown a day later. it's not spreading, should i be concerned?

Prob was a sl infection which appears to be resolving. If continues to heal, would just observe. Should it persist or worsen , would see dermatologist for eval and treatment
