I have done a covid test, the results shows negative, but i still have simptomes, but the test allso say that it can be an fals negative, what must i do?

Treatment of symptom: Testing does not change the treatment of Covid-19. If you have symptoms, you should self-isolate, drink lots of fluids, rest, and use symptom relief: pain relievers for body aches, fever reducers for fever, decongestant/cough suppressant for upper respiratory symptoms. Seek medical attention for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain, new onset confusion and lethargy
