I have had quite a few symptoms of covid-19, i went to get a test done and it came back negative last week friday but the symptoms are still there, is it possible that i got a false negative?

Possible: If the sample was not collected properly, you could get a false negative. However, with a negative result alternatives like influenza need to be excluded. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. Wish you good health!
