Could be allergies: If you have been sneezing, could be seasonal allergies which could cause body aches as well. However we are in the middle of a pandemic, may be a good idea to get checked for covid 19. Some of the symptoms include muscle or body aches and chest pains. Other symptoms: headache, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, chills/shakes. Get checked if not social distancing nor wearing a mask.
