Headaches: These headaches are new for you and since they occur after straining and are throbbing at times I recommend consulting a neurologist as I am concerned about possibility of an intracranial aneurysm. Any family history of these? Ruptured intracranial aneurysms often occur during sexual intercourse. Of course forehead muscle strain could be the cause of headaches.
