Glaucoma: Please have an eye exam as soon as possible. Your symptoms could be due to angle closure glaucoma which can cause very high pressure elevations. When the eye pressure or iop is very high, patients begin to experience pain, then headache, then nausea and vomiting. Such episodes can lead to permanent blindness and it is essential that you get to an ophthalmologist.
