See your doctor.: There is not enough detail here to make a good attempt at a diagnosis, but the symptoms seem severe enough that they need to be addressed by your physician. I would try to make that appointment as soon as possible. You could consider taking chewable antacids for the abdominal pain in the meantime, to see if it helps. Good luck.
