As for tapering, Klonopin is long acting so you can directly taper - But given the length of time, I think you would be best off with a psychiatrist to help guide and monitor you.

Medication issues.: PLEASE do not stop, change or taper your medications without direct involvement from your psychiatrist. Klonopin & valium can reduce anxiety but do not fix the cause. I would ask why you aren't taking an SSRI or an SNRI rather than just Trazodone? As your doctor to consider change to medication regimen. If you aren't receiving psychotherapy - strongly encourage that.
