Tolerance ??: Unlike many opoids adderall is not known to trigger tolerance. Weekend breaks may be a good idea if you do not need the increased focus that this allows but I often suggest that to reduce overall exposure to this or any symptom management medication especially when they are often used for prolonged periods.
