Adderall tolerance: 1 week is likely NOT enough time - it will take about 7 half lives (dosed 1 X a day) to clear your system - so it might be out of your system in a week but tolerance may take more time. So physicians recommend patients hold their dose on weekends and over long school breaks to avoid tolerance building up. good luck
