More info: Seedy stools are typical of breast fed babies. Are you breastfeeding? Yellow in the eyes is also known as jaundice and can occur in breast fed babies, but is not typical for this age. Fussiness and constipation are not unusual either. Recommend you have your baby evaluated by his/her pediatrician, especially since you are noticing a yellow color to the eyes.
