Depends: Eye pain with movement can be due to any number of problems including cellulitis, optic neuritis, dry eye. If this is something that persists or is accompanied by other symptoms, it is important to have an ophthalmologist look at your eyes. If the sclera appear yellow, this could possibly be a pinguecula (small growth at 3 or 9 o'clock looking at your eye) or a sign of liver problems.

Dry eye or...: If something is stuck in your eye, it could hurt more when you move your eyes. Dry eye can also cause this. The yellow color is probably not related. If the entire white of the eye is yellow, you should see your regular medical doctor.
