I was diagnosed with covid19, and recently completed my 14 days quarantine and am back at work. i have noticed however that i seem to be either extremely conscious of my heartbeat or that there's an element of irregularity with it. should i worry?

COVID 19: Is if faster or slower than normal? Do you have any difficulty breathing? No chest tightness or pain? Have you increase caffiene? Did you have mild or more severe COVID 19?
