WBC, absolute lymphocyte and monocyte counts are not important in interpreting a blood smear with poikilocytosis. If anemia is severe, nucleated red cells (NRBCs) and poikilocytosis are common. There is nothing urgent by these numbers so you should patiently wait for next week's visit. Good luck.
