Severe pain: And the reason you have not sought professional help is? To be properly treated you first have to be diagnosed. Go see a Physician. Find out what's wrong, what's causing your symptoms. Only then can you be properly treated.

Evaluation: You may have an infection, obstruction of a vessel which may impinge on the airway. An imaging study of your neck and chest is suggested. Please have a pulmonary evaluation right away. A COVID screening test is suggested.
