See allergist: Several items you have listed are not considered allergens although almond would be a likely suspect. Consult an allergist to find out.

Tree Nuts/Wheat: Given symptoms it sounds like an allergic reaction. It you are having worsening symptoms call 911. Keep this list and show it to an Allergist for further workup and evaluation. Tree nuts and wheat are common allergens so you might have had a reaction to one of these. Skin or blood testing can determine if you have a sensitivity. In the meantime avoid all these products until seen.
