8 years old in day 5 of ceclor for sinusitis/otitis. after starting atb hes complaining of a mild headache that is there in the morning and goes all day. he also complains of pain when coughing. i read abt headache red flags and am worried?

Sinus pressure often is associated with sinus infection. Nasal saline is often effective in reducing the symptoms. If the pain is moderate to severe, please see pediatric urgent care.
