Wheezing: Wheezing is a high pitched sound, while nasal congestion results in a snorting sound. If your son is wheezing, he should be evaluated and treated with a bronchodilator as indicated. There are many viruses which may trigger wheezing, and COVID 19 should be considered. His pediatrician indicated that he has a sinus infection and a course of antibiotics, cool air mist and nasal saline drops suggested
