Follow up & hydrate: Protein in the urine can mean many things & knowing more about your situation would help (do you have diabetes? high blood pressure? dehydration? history of kidney disease? infection symptoms? meds taken?) Make sure you drink plenty of fluids especially in hot weather, & get a follow up itinerary specimen done to see if it resolves. If not, further evaluation is recommended
