See a nephrologist: Orthostatic proteinuria only occurs when you are up and about, i.e. During the day. Significant proteinuria occurs round the clock. Such proteinuria should be worked up by a nephrologist, who can evaluat the problem and then give appropriate advice.

Check in with PCP: Protein in the urine is not normal. Please make sure you get a thorough check up from your primary care doctor, if you have not seen one in a while. Make sure your blood pressure is normal, check for diabetes, and also rule our other kidney disease.
