COVID 19: Temp of 100.2F (37.9 C), headache, sneeze, cough, body aches, weakness, chills, chest congestion, sore throat nasal drainage - this could be due to a number of conditions but since you have been in high COVID 19 risk area- I would recommend getting tested for COVID 19.
