Fever unknown origin: Given your age, fever of unknown origin is always of concern. Was your temperature confirmed during your office visits? Any reason to believe your thermometer is not working properly? Would definitely suggest that you see your physician/ go to urgent care. Based on your description, this might be an acute condition, cold, etc in top of a chronic, undiagnosed yet condition.
