Intermittent torsion: Twisted testicle might be cause. Vety painful when and if it occurs. Pain resolves as testicle spontaneously untwists & has resolved by time seen by health care provider or ER. You can test yourself by self twisting testis inwards, round & round until there is pain. Confirmatory for intermittent torsionif pain produced must be identical to your painful complaint. Personalexperience, not in books.
