Maybe not, but...: Taking emergency contraceptive pills (such as i-Pill or Plan-B) can alter the timing of the current cycle and the upcoming cycle. One should check a urine pregnancy 3 weeks after taking an emergency contraceptive pill. If one's menstrual cycle was regular before this incident, cycles should become regular again... but it may take a few more weeks.
