You need visit: You need to be tested and seen by your doctor. There are several system symptoms and a viral disease including covid can do that. The throat tight symptoms specially if you have difficulty speaking, swallowing and breathing needs an evaluation.

Get eval: I agree with Dr. Guarderas. These symptoms could be from different causes but COVID is on the list. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
