COVID 19: You haven't shared what kind of contact if any, you have with your brother - if you are concerned about getting infected by him. If you are concerned primarily with his wellbeing - with a positive COVID 19 test - he could have no symptoms, mild symptoms all the way to severe illness. Most people have mild symptoms.
