Why do i get a forehead headache when i lay down. they are waking me up when i sleep. i've tried no caffeine etc but no change. ?

Go see your GP: Headaches that wake you up in middle of night need to be evaluated by your GP. Certainly if you were used to consuming lots of caffeine and then abruptly stopped, you would be at risk for caffeine withdrawal headaches but these shouldn't wake you up. So it's best to go see GP for complete evaluation. Imaging, either CT or MRI, would be appropriate. Review ur meds for anything new. Supplements too
