COVID 19: Go ahead and take a home pregnancy test to know for sure. There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine.

Test for both: The only way to tell would be to test for both. Best to coordinate will be your GP, who can coordinate with local Ob-gyn specialists in case needed.
