Accept it: Young infants have weak/flabby belly muscles & often use their fussing/breathing muscle to help push food along or poop out. It varies in intensity with the kid & often continues until 4-6 mo when their movement strengthens their belly muscles. I don't assume it is pain, as they often relax after pooping.
