Myself 33 years had hiv 1 &2 screening test after 31 days of injected syringe, which i had a doubt on.the test came non reactive and it's been 11 months, do i need to take test once again to confirm?

HIV test: It depends a bit on exactly what test(s) was/were done. The standard screening test these days is the antigen/antibody (Ag/Ab, "4th generation") test. These tests are nearly conclusive by 4 weeks, but not truly conclusive until 6 weeks. Have another test to be 100% certain.
