Myself 33 years of age, today i felt a painful bump beneath my chin , submental lymph node and i have been on antibiotics from past week for hair follicle infections and lot of infection on my acne...is this co related?

Likely: An infection in the area can result in enlarged lymph nodes. You can watch and wait. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
