HIV: If you think you may have been exposed to HIV go and get tested asap. The facial pimples are not likely to be a result of HIV disease (unless you have aids), and the submental lymphadenopathy is probably from the pimples. Unprotected sex is probably more fun, but you must ask yourself if it is worth risking your life for. Go and get tested for stds and be careful. Good luck.

Lymph node swelling: Lymph nodes are part of our body's janitorial service (process badness & drain away if possible or try to contain it in the node). Node may well be draining an infection as single swollen node speaks against HIV but a good exam is in order & testing if you have risk factors for HIV (iv drug use, sharing needles, exchanging sex for drugs, Cocaine use, unprotected sex). Have your doc take a look.
