Can't say: The only way to know for sure if through testing. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Cough and COVID-19: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of the following symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Worsening symptoms including shortness of breath or difficulty breathing are reasons to go immediately to the emergency department.
