my 10 weeks baby often spits up milk through the noses and so much of it even after she burps. whats the problem and how can i take it out or clean her nostrils?

Common: The younger the infant the less they control where their wet burps end up. You can wash out the nasal passages with nasal saline.I just squirt a bunch down the nostrils & suction with a bulb. They fuss at the time but settle quickly after.
