I was in an accident last night. and i didn't consult the doctor because i thought it was a minor accident. however, in the past week i have been experiencing pain on my lower back and shoulders. i dont have any visible signs of swelling?

Injuries: You apparently had delayed symptoms caused by acute strain of your spinal muscles during the impact. Since this was a motor vehicle accident and also for diagnosis and treatment, I recommend seeing your physician so that there will be documentation of your injuries as well as proper treatment. This may be important if you embark upon a prolonged course of physical therapy as part of your treatment
