Went to the er for bad lower right abdominal pain, catscanned and everything seemed normal. blood test normal. now have diarrhea, constipation, pain and swelling/bloating? was given nsaid but one of them gave me stroke-like side effects. what to do?

I am not sure why you were prescribed NSAID for those GI symptoms and your GI syndrome does not make sense unless you have have these symptoms for weeks. If these symptoms have persisted for weeks, constipation and then diarrhea, stool needs to be checked for evidence of inflammation. NSAID is not helpful for this GI syndrome.
