I wouldn't .: Mixing Miprodol (Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Codeine phosphate) & Zopivane ( Eszpoiclone) can "cause central nervous system depression can lead to serious side effects including respiratory distress, coma, and even death" per Drugs.Com drug interaction checker. You may fall asleep with just the pain killer without needing to add sleep medication.

Sleep aid and pain k: Not a good idea to mix a Sleep aid with an opioid based pain medication as this increases risk of respiratory issues and death 5 times. The Miprodol may work fine and also help with sleep.
