I take sleeping tablets daily. somedays more than one, as i am still wide awake. one night i took 3, each one had a different active ingredient. help?

You are an Addict: I do not mean that in any derogatory way. I appreciate that you are aware that you have a problem...Perhaps an obsession for sleep. In most places in the country you can find drug and alcohol programs. Many hospitals will have a detox unit to help with the first few days of coming off so many chemicals. But, you will survive. You can also find a way back to sanity and to retrain your brain.
