I quit smoking at the end of april. i have since then experienced mild chest pain every so often- should i be concerned? it feels... tightish and its generally the entire chest but more sharp pain towards the left.

Chest pain: While the majority of chest pain symptoms in younger individuals are not due to life threatening medical conditions, their location mandates a full work up in order to rule out significant heart, lung or vascular conditions. Timing (after quitting smoking) suggests a component of anxiety in your case, workup still needed otherwise.
