My 6 week old has white poo. what does it mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

May be a problem: The color of poop is derived from the bile added in transit through the gut. If your baby is not adding bile, it may be white. That suggests a blockage in the process that could be serious. I would take the kid in at the soonest possible visit to have this checked out. If there is a blockage called biliary atresia the sooner it is confirmed & treated the better the outcome.
