Several reasons: The color of baby's stools can range from green to yellow to brown. The color usually depends on how fast the stool moves through the intestines or items in the diet. If she throws up all of her feeding consistently, see her doctor right away. Otherwise, slightly decrease the volume of her feedings for a day or so and ensure she burps well. If she acts uncomfortable, see the pediatrician.
