Breast Lump: I do not want to alarm you. This should be followed by your women's health provider ASAP. There is breast tissue that reaches the arm pits called the axillary tail that becomes engorged following delivery. This is a benign possibility. Or this could be an fibroadenoma. Only way to determine is history/physical exam and radiological studies.
